RETURNS POLICY

We accept returns for a refund or store credit within fourteen (14) days of delivery. Refunds are available for full-priced items only. Final Sale items are not eligible for return.

Returned items must be sent back within fourteen (14) days of delivery. Returns received after twenty-one (21) days cannot be processed and will be returned to the sender at an additional charge.

Store credits are issued as online gift vouchers and are valid for three years.

To request a return, reply to your order confirmation email or contact customercare@fellaswim.com with your order number, full name, and the item(s) you wish to return. Our team will respond within two business days AEST.

Please allow up to three business days for processing once your return arrives at our returns centre.

REFUND RETURNS

Refunds are available for full-priced items returned within fourteen (14) days of delivery.

Once your return has been received and approved by our warehouse, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Please note that original shipping costs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable, as these charges are determined by your local shipping provider and government authorities.

EXCHANGE RETURNS

FELLA does not offer direct exchanges.

To change your item, please return your original order for a refund or store credit. Then place a new order for your preferred style or size.

IF A PACKAGE IS LOST OR DAMAGED DURING A RETURN

FELLA is not responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged during the return process. We recommend using a secure and trackable shipping method when returning your items.

ARE RETURNS FREE?

Return shipping costs vary depending on the shipping method you choose. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, which are not covered or reimbursed by FELLA for refunds or store credits.

Customers in the USA, Canada, and Mexico will return items to our California warehouse. All other international returns will be returned to Australia.

SALE AND FINAL SALE

SALE items may be returned for a store credit or gift voucher only.

To exchange for a different size, please place a new order for your preferred item and return the original SALE item for store credit. Please notify us of the exchange by replying to your original order confirmation or contacting customercare@fellaswim.com

FINAL SALE items cannot be returned or exchanged.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear images of the fault. Our customer care team will promptly review the issue and assist you with a resolution.

RETURN REQUIREMENTS

Purchases, excluding Final Sale items, may be returned subject to the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned in original condition with all tags attached, including the hygiene seal.
  • Items must not be worn, washed, altered, or damaged.

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Final Sale or marked-down items.
  • Items returned without approval from our customer care team.
  • Items with signs of wear or odours, including perfume, smoke, deodorant, or body odour.
  • Items marked or damaged by makeup, fake tan, deodorant, or similar products.

FELLA reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions or are submitted outside the return period. Rejected items will be returned to the customer at their expense.
