WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY FOR SWIMWEAR & UNDERWEAR?

We will only accept returns for an alteration, or for an exchange in size, colour and style (excluding the cost of original shipping). Whilst we hope this never happens, if you do receive a faulty item, please contact us immediately so we can personally assist you and sort out your problem as quickly as possible.
We only accept an EXCHANGE in SIZE, COLOUR and STYLE or CREDIT if the following requirements are met:
- The item/s are returned within 10 days of you receiving them
- The item/s must be in original condition, with all tags remaining in
- place, including hygiene seal
- Undergarments must be worn when trying on items
- Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way
- So we are aware of the incoming package, you must contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org prior to sending back the item/s
- Please choose carefully - returns for exchange of size or style can only occur ONCE.

We only accept goods as FAULTY if the following has been met:
- Fella Pty Ltd deems the goods to be faulty
If you are sending your items back for a small fit ALTERATION please feel free to email us for assistance.
- Pin or mark items accordingly with detailed instructions on the back of the returns/exchange form
ARE RETURNS FREE?
The shipping cost incurred for returning item/s to Fella Swim for an exchange or refund are NOT covered or reimbursed by us. If you request an EXCHANGE however, we will cover the shipping cost to send the new item out to you again. For our free ALTERATION service, the customer covers ALL shipping costs.
HOW DO I ORGANISE A RETURN?
Email email@example.com to advise us of the return or exchange. We can send you the returns and exchange form plus, give you any details you may need.

Print and fill out ALL details requested and follow it’s simple instructions. Please ensure that you send this form back with your bikini/s. We cannot be held liable for the loss of your bikini being returned. We recommend using a registered or express postal service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY EXCHANGE / REFUND TO BE PROCESSED?
For an EXCHANGE of size / style - if we have stock on hand, we will send out your new size/s within 3-4 working days. In most cases we will not have stock on hand so the item will need to be recut for you again, please ask our friendly customer service team for an accurate time line for the exchange. A new tracking number will be issued to you via email when the item/s have been shipped. If you are returning a FAULTY item for a REFUND over an exchange and it is deemed faulty by the manufacturer, we will refund you the next working day.
WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED, OR THERE IS A FAULT?
Whilst we hope this never happens, if you do receive damaged goods, or have a manufacturing fault occur, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can personally assist you and sort out your problem as quickly as possible.
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
We will only accept cancellation of an order within 24 hours of receiving the order. In the event an order is cancelled, FELLA PTY LTD reserves the right to deduct 5% of the total order amount as payment for the cancellation. This charge is respective of the fees we incur to process the original order via Shopify and Paypal.
