1. Promoter

The promoter is FELLA Pty. Ltd., trading as Fella Swim , ABN 45 157 750 788.

2. Competition Period

The competition opens at  9:00 AM AEDT on 10 October 2026 and closes at 23:59 PM AEDT on November 2026. Entries received outside the Competition Period will not be eligible.

3. Eligibility

Entry is open to individuals aged 18 years or older who reside in the eligible countries listed at the Shipping Costs page. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter. The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of identity, age and residency to verify eligibility. This competition is open to entrants in the US, EU, UK, Middle East and Africa shipping zones only.

4. How to Enter

To enter the competition, participants must complete all of the following steps during the Competition Period:

1. Sign up to the Fella Swim mailing list via the designated competition entry page and complete all required fields to ensure we can easily identify your entry.
2. Follow @helen_kaminski (https://www.instagram.com/helen_kaminski/) on Instagram.
3. Follow @fellaswim (https://www.instagram.com/fellaswim/) on Instagram.

Participants must complete all three steps to qualify for entry.

No purchase is necessary to enter. Each eligible participant may enter once, unless otherwise specified on the competition entry page.

The Promoter reserves the right to verify that entrants have completed the required entry steps. Incomplete, fraudulent or automated entries may be disqualified.

 5. Prize

One winner will receive $500 USD FELLA Gift Voucher and $800 USD HELEN KAMINSKI Gift Voucher

The prize is subject to any applicable redemption terms and conditions provided by the Promoter.

Unless otherwise stated, the prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash, except where required by law.

The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value where reasonably necessary and permitted by applicable law.

The prize must be redeemed in a single transaction and cannot be split across multiple orders.

6. Winner Selection

One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Competition Period.

The winner will be contacted via the email address provided during entry within seven (7) days after the competition closes.

If the winner does not respond within seven (7) days of notification, or is found to be ineligible, the Promoter reserves the right to select a replacement winner, subject to applicable law.

7. Marketing Communications and Privacy

By signing up to the Fella Swim mailing list, participants agree to receive marketing emails from Fella Swim, provided the sign-up process clearly communicates this and obtains the required consent.

Participants may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link provided in the email.

Unsubscribing after entering the competition will not invalidate an otherwise valid entry.

The Promoter will collect and process personal information for the purposes of administering the competition, verifying entries, contacting the winner and sending marketing communications in accordance with the consent provided.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Fella Swim Privacy Policy, and applicable privacy laws.

Personal information will not be sold to third parties.

8. General Conditions

The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any participant who breaches these Terms & Conditions or attempts to manipulate the competition.

If circumstances beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control prevent the competition from being conducted as intended, the
